VividRest is three engineered modules — Soak, Cleanse, Rest — built to be used in sequence. The hot springs experience, the Japanese onsen, the Nordic bathhouse, condensed into a nightly ritual you can actually do at home.
Each module stands on its own. Used together, they deliver the deepest recovery your body is capable of. Start with one. Build the complete ritual over time.
A mineral-infused thermal tub engineered for circulatory opening and muscle release. Hot springs at home. Where the ritual begins.
The contrast shower that finishes the body work. Pulsating jets, chromatherapy, aromatherapy steam. The sleep-onset signal, delivered.
The sealed recovery chamber. Six mechanisms: shielded cocoon, oxygen, aromatherapy, audio, breath-sync, compression. Where the shutdown completes.
The hot springs ritual isn’t a wellness trend. It’s what humans have done for recovery for as long as there have been humans.
The Romans built bathhouses. The Japanese built onsen. The Finns built saunas. The Turks built hammams. Every civilization that lasted figured out the same sequence: heat the body, cleanse the body, rest the body.
“What your grandmother called ‘a good long soak’ your nervous system calls parasympathetic activation. Same thing. Different century.”
Before the shutdown, the body has to rise. Mineral-infused thermal immersion is the oldest recovery technology on earth.
A warm soak lifts core temperature, dilates circulation, softens fascia, and unlocks joints. The post-soak temperature drop that follows is the single strongest sleep-onset signal your brain can receive. Everything that comes next works better because of what the Soak already did.
Programmable between 98-104°F. Holds within 0.5°F for the full 20-minute session. No thermoregulation burden on the body.
Slow-release magnesium chloride, bicarbonate, and optional sulfur blends. Dosed for therapeutic absorption. Replaced monthly.
Low-pressure hydrotherapy jets along lumbar, shoulder, and calf lines. Sustained pulsation, not sports-massage intensity.
Warm amber underwater light mirroring firelight. Cortisol drops measurably. Paired to circadian dusk programming.
Eucalyptus, cedar, or neutral scent diffusion at the water surface. The limbic system registers the ritual before the conscious mind does.
Ozone and UV-C filtration runs sub-audibly. No pump noise. No chlorine smell. Heat and water, the way it was meant to be.
Where the body finishes what the Soak started. A shower engineered as a behavioral tool, not a plumbing upgrade.
Eight minutes. Three phases. Pulsating massage jets, chromatherapy lighting, aromatherapy steam, and programmed contrast cycles. The temperature drop as you step out triggers sleep-onset biology automatically. Clean body. Quiet mind. Ready for the final stage.
Six directional jets with pressure-variable pulsation. Targets shoulders, lumbar, glutes, and soles of the feet. Releases fascia and triggers vagal response.
Programmed hot-then-cool cycles. Drives vasodilation and vasoconstriction. The temperature drop on exit is the cleanest sleep-onset signal your body can receive.
Warm amber to cool deep-blue progression over eight minutes. Mirrors the circadian shift from day to night. Eyes close. Shoulders drop. Automatic.
Scent-infused steam release via cartridge — eucalyptus, cedar, or neutral. Olfactory pathway is the fastest route to the limbic system.
Overhead rain-mode spray covers the full body in a continuous sheet. Delivers water evenly. Eliminates the micro-stress of inconsistent flow.
Waterproof surround speakers delivering rain, river, or binaural shutdown sequences. Sound masks intrusive thought. Your mind stops drafting tomorrow’s email.
The sealed recovery chamber. Six stacked mechanisms force your nervous system into deep parasympathetic state. The shutdown, completed.
90 minutes inside equals 8 hours of real sleep. Total blackout. EMF shielded. Oxygen-enriched. Aromatherapy. Surround audio. Breath-synchronized pulse light. Micro-compression panels. Every element is engineered to trigger the one physiological state most adults never reach: true nervous system shutdown.
Total blackout. EMF-shielded walls. 40dB sound reduction. The primal safety of an enclosed, unreachable space tells your brain it’s okay to power down.
Enriched airflow inside the pod. Higher oxygen saturation accelerates recovery, lowers heart rate, and supports the deep-rest state your nervous system is reaching for.
Swappable scent cartridges — cedar, lavender, neutral. Olfactory triggers are the fastest route to the limbic system. Scent tells the body the ritual has completed.
Binaural beats tuned to theta. Tactile thunder vibration through the pod walls. Pre-loaded guided shutdown sequences do the mental work for you.
A warm amber light pulses at 5.5 breaths per minute, the HRV-optimal rate. Match it without thinking. Heart rate drops. Parasympathetic response kicks in automatically.
Adjustable 5-15lb pressure from air-filled panels. Weighted blanket effect without the blanket. Anxiety melts in under 60 seconds. Your body feels held.
Each stage triggers a measurable physiological response. Together, they produce the deepest sleep architecture most adults are capable of.
All three modules, delivered together, installed together, synchronized across a single ritual. Protocol library included. Priority build queue. White-glove installation.
Reserve Full RitualThe two water modules, synchronized and shipped together. Add Rest later without losing founder pricing on the pod. The opening of the ritual, complete.
Reserve Wet RitualNo. Each module is a complete product on its own. Many people start with Cleanse (most accessible price point) or Soak (strongest standalone experience) and add the rest over time. The bundle pricing exists for people who want to build the full ritual at once.
Soak installs in a bathroom with standard plumbing access (82″ x 42″ footprint). Cleanse installs as a module into an existing shower enclosure (minimum 36″ x 36″). Rest is a furniture-scale piece in a bedroom, office, or dedicated recovery room. Full ritual installation is typically a primary suite redesign or a dedicated wellness room.
The sequence is what makes it work. Heat raises core temperature, water triggers the drop, darkness locks in the recovery. Reversing or skipping stages significantly reduces the physiological response. That said, any individual module still delivers meaningful benefit on its own.
Eight Sleep is a mattress that tracks sleep and regulates bed temperature. A Jacuzzi is an entertainment appliance. VividRest is neither. It’s a three-stage behavioral ritual engineered around parasympathetic response. Different mechanism, different goal, different result.
Each mechanism is grounded in existing science: thermal hydrotherapy, pre-sleep temperature manipulation, parasympathetic breath rates around 5.5 BPM, deep pressure stimulation for anxiety reduction, binaural beats for theta state induction, and sensory isolation for cortisol reduction. Clinical trials measuring the combined effect are running through 2026.
Q3 2026 for Rest (Twin and Queen). Q4 2026 for everything else including King, Soak, Cleanse, and all bundles. Reservations lock your position in the build queue. Monthly workshop updates throughout the build.
60-day in-home trial once delivered. Full refund if it doesn’t deliver deeper rest than whatever you’re doing now. We cover return logistics.
Yes. Every module scales into commercial use — wellness resorts, premium gyms, recovery studios, boutique hotels, and healthcare facilities. Commercial inquiries run through a dedicated operator program. Reach out directly if your use case is institutional.
Christopher Lee Moran. Ten years training dogs out of anxiety and overstimulation using a methodology called Controlled Freedom. VividRest is the human version of the same framework. Same nervous system. Same shutdown sequence.
“I spent ten years teaching dogs to regulate their nervous systems through structured rituals. It took me too long to realize I’d never built my own.“
